• Receiving procedures to insure the quality of the raw materials used
• Op-check forms to indicate QA levels to determine line clearance and sampling methods
• Job-status sheets for jobs to indicate the level of completion
• Labeling procedures to insure customer specs are met
• Final inspection sheets
